For this review, we’ve got a Christmas Wrapped wrap and a Turkey Feast sandwich. They were priced at £3.35 and £3.30 respectively.
I want to review these in the order I’d eat the type of food involved. In this case, Christmas Wrapped is considered a Boxing Day type food and Turkey Feast would be more in keeping with the big day’s meal.
Trying a sandwich from Boots has become a bit of a rarity for me in recent years. I used to work nearby and enjoyed their food, but have since moved and rarely visit.
I remember they did a perfectly adequate Festive sandwich. I’ll make this review quite brief, but I don’t imagine you’ll be surprised.
This was a well filled sandwich and the taste was great. The cranberry added the right zip of sweet and sharp contrast and the mayo level was as I’d like.
4/5 taste.
Christmas Wrapped: the name Conjures up Images of “It’s a wrap”, It’s all over. Or you can take the view that this is actually a present for your tastebuds.
I went for the former, that this could be a mishmash of whatever you Can find in the fridge to eat.
But, this is better than my Presumed thought. The mixture in this wrap has been carefully crafted and the result, brilliant.
In short, I really enjoyed the taste. So much so, that I’m giving this a 5/5!
I’d recommend this to you if you enjoy varied flavour and texture with each bite. If you’re more of a safety first type of person, you won’t go wrong with the Turkey Feast.
