By ASDA.

My Final ASDA Product is not a mince pie. It’s a crumble tart, filled with a toffee and apple filling.
My sweet tooth has yearned for some toffee apple pies. Let’s hope it isn’t let down.
As with the rest of the Exceptional range, the packaging is smart and the minimalism is strong. This four pack set me back £2.50 or 63 pence per pie.
Looking through the window of the box, the pies look a bit nondescript. Everything is a beige sawdust colour. Not exactly Exceptional. Yet.
They smell wonderfully fruity though. Once you’ve freed them from their shackles you’re hit with fruitiness of an apple pie. Fancy that!
They taste like an apple crumble which makes sense. There’s no sharpness which I like, but it’s a tasty pie that would be terrific warmed up and served in place of crumble or large apple pie for family. Don’t forget the ice cream!
